Teamshaper in minutes

Time is the biggest barrier to professional development at work. It’s not that people don’t want to learn, or don’t see the value - they just don’t have the hours to spare. For some, even the thought of being out for a full training day is daunting.

That’s why we created Teamshaper in Minutes - a micro-learning model built for busy teams.

  • We fix a weekly slot that works for everyone - the same day each week, always at either the very start or very end of the day. That way it becomes a routine part of the week, easy to stick to and unlikely to clash with meetings or shifting priorities.

  • Each session is just 25 minutes (Pomodoro-style), focused on the team working as a team.

  • The spaces between sessions aren’t wasted time as they help embed behaviours, give space to practise and allow people to come back with questions or refinements.

  • We add a 60-minute kickoff to set the tone and a 45-minute wrap-up to bring everything together.

  • Optional one-to-one coaching is available in between.

The result is a powerful programme delivered in short bursts that people can realistically commit to, and you’ll be amazed at what such a small investment of time can deliver.

Most of our programmes can be delivered in this format, giving you the impact of Teamshaper with the smallest possible time commitment.

inclusive by design

At Teamshaper, we believe that the best learning happens when we value everyone’s strengths, perspectives and ways of thinking. That’s why we design our training with diverse learning needs and preferences at the heart.

We take an inclusive-first approach that ensures every participant can engage fully and confidently.

This means:

Multiple ways to learn: we incorporate visual, auditory and hands-on activities to make learning engaging for all learning styles.

Flexible and thoughtful pacing: our sessions balance structure with adaptability, so everyone can participate in a way that works for them.

Clear and supportive communication: we use structured content, plain language, consistent interface, visual supports and alternative formats to make information easy to process.

A safe and empowering environment: we create a space where everyone feels valued, heard and able to contribute meaningfully.

By embracing different ways of thinking and learning, we help teams build deeper connections, unlock new strengths and work together more effectively.

The GC Index used by Teamshaper

the GC index

We use the GC Index® (Game-Changing Index) as a core diagnostic tool to assess team dynamics and individual impact. The GC Index is a scientifically validated framework that measures how individuals are inclined to make an impact within a team — not based on personality, but on how they naturally contribute to driving performance and change.

At Teamshaper, the GC Index enables us to gain deep insight into the team we're about to work with. It helps us identify team strengths, gaps and untapped potential. With this understanding, we can shape and tailor each training programme to truly fit the team's needs, increasing relevance, engagement and long-term impact.

Ultimately, the GC Index helps us do what we do best: shape high-performing teams by building on what’s already strong and addressing what’s holding them back. It’s a powerful first step in helping every team become the best version of itself.
