This module helps teams build personal and team resilience, working on self awareness, inner strength and support across the team.

    • To help team members recognise and shift unhelpful internal states using body, breath and inner dialogue.

    • To influence emotional dynamics in teams through presence, language and self-regulation.

    • To learn how to support others effectively without taking on their emotional load.

    • To embed simple practices and team habits that promote calm, trust and collaboration.

    • Your team members being able to deal with the difficulties the job presents with resilience and composure.

    • Members of your team applying simple, practical tools to manage their emptions in a sustainable and collaborative manner.

    • Members gaining self-awareness and relational insight to lead and collaborate with greater calm, clarity and connection.

    • Your team building stronger working habits that support emotional balance, building trust and co-regulating in the moment.

    • The module lays the foundation for deeper personal development and wider cultural transformation.

  • This module is relevant in a wide range of personal and team settings, particularly where emotional demands and workplace pressure are high. It can be applied to:

    • Support teams regularly exposed to distressing material, such as those dealing with crime, abuse or injury, by helping them build emotional resilience without slipping into burnout or emotional suppression.

    • Help frontline staff manage occasional verbal abuse or hostility from the public, equipping them with tools to protect their emotional wellbeing while maintaining professionalism.

    • Enable teams working under high pressure, including tight deadlines, high expectations or resource constraints, to manage stress both individually and collectively.

    • Support managers and team leaders in finding the right balance between empathy and professionalism, avoiding over-involvement in staff’s personal lives without becoming emotionally distant.

    • Promote a deeper understanding of emotional intelligence: what it is, why it matters in today’s workplace, and how to apply it authentically and effectively in a team or organisational setting.
