FAQs

  • We build bespoke training programmes to support your teams in their work environment. Our programmes consist of several components we call building blocks, including face-to-face or virtual training sessions, coaching, self-paced learning and follow-up sessions. Each programme is built using our seven core modules: Communicate, Present, Lead, Strategise, Deliver, Compose and Innovate.

  • Our services are commissioned by organisations and businesses, meaning your employer pays for the training. While we do receive some enquiries from individuals, our focus is on delivering solutions for teams within organisations.

  • We operate a transparent pricing structure based on the time spent developing and delivering your programme. We apply a day rate for our services, and any additional costs such as travel or printing are charged at cost. This ensures full transparency and helps you understand the value we create.

  • All initial services, including enquiries, fact-finding sessions and consultation calls, are free of charge. You only commit once you accept a structured, bespoke programme proposal from us.

  • Development costs are invoiced once the programme is signed off and the order form is agreed upon. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. 50% of the delivery cost is invoiced at this stage. The remaining balance, plus any agreed expenses, is invoiced after each session and due within 30 days.

  • If delivered face-to-face, we typically use your offices. If you prefer virtual delivery, we are fully set up to deliver via Teams or Zoom. All coaching sessions are delivered virtually. If you need help sourcing a venue, we can arrange that as part of your programme.

  • For team training, we typically cap group sizes at 20 participants. In some cases, a lower number may be agreed to ensure individual attention.

  • Yes, but cancellation or rescheduling charges apply if changes are made within a certain lead time. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.

  • Yes, we comply with all necessary public sector requirements, including the Procurement Act 2023, public liability insurance, Cyber Essentials accreditation and other relevant standards. We’re also registered with the ICO. See our public sector page for more details.

  • We take time to understand your objectives to design a programme that delivers real impact. Most programmes consist of multiple touchpoints to embed learning effectively. We use a variety of techniques to measure impact and provide progress reports during and after delivery.

  • We can handle as much or as little of the logistics as you need, including internal promotion, participant registration and pre/post-course communication. We recommend including all relevant stakeholders in our consultation call to ensure buy-in from the outset.

  • We recommend selecting dates that allow all team members to attend. If individuals miss sessions, we can provide them with learning materials, but live sessions are team experiences and cannot be replaced with independent learning. If multiple people miss a session, we suggest scheduling an additional session.

  • We can accommodate hybrid sessions, but we strongly recommend choosing either fully face-to-face or fully virtual delivery. Hybrid sessions can dilute the team dynamic and lead to a suboptimal experience for virtual participants.

  • We don’t just adapt, our programmes are constructed with inclusivity in mind by design. We ask that you notify us of any specific requirements in writing at least 30 days in advance of any relevant delivery date. Our website is fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

  • Yes. Your requirements dictate the composition of your programme, not the other way around. If needed, we will develop new content or source additional specialist trainers to ensure the best possible solution for you.

  • Yes, all our modules are CPD-accredited. We can provide individual PDF certificates upon request. Each hour of training counts for one CPD point.

  • Each programme is unique, but most live training modules include a digital presentation, shared with participants after the course. Our training is experience-focused, with a strong emphasis on team collaboration rather than written materials.

  • Most modules are delivered in a single day (9:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break). Some modules can be delivered as half-day sessions. Coaching sessions typically last 55 minutes. We are happy to adapt to your preferred timings.

  • We haven’t done so yet, but we can source translation services if required.

  • We don’t just run training, we reshape how teams work together. Our programmes are rooted in real team challenges and built to create lasting change, not just good intentions. Every course is designed in partnership with you, informed by your goals and your team’s dynamics. We focus on practical shifts in behaviour, not theory, so your team leaves with new habits and not just new knowledge.

  • As an accredited GC Partner, we use the GC Index on some programmes we develop, as a tool to uncover how individuals in your team naturally contribute to impact. It helps us quickly get a picture of team dynamics, strengths and gaps. We use these insights to shape your programme from the outset, making it more relevant, targeted and effective.
