Public sector organisations are under relentless pressure to reduce costs, but repeated cuts are taking a toll. Services are stretched, teams are tired and uncertain, and the cracks are starting to show. This programme offers a practical, team-based intervention that helps organisations improve performance without compromising quality.
We work with leadership teams to realign around what matters most. Using the GC Index and a structured team development process, we help teams understand how they work, where their strengths lie, and how to make small but powerful changes to roles, focus or dynamics. The result is a more effective, confident and connected team, one that delivers better outcomes with the resources it already has.

Step 1 – GC Index Team View
We begin by exploring each team member’s GC Index profile to understand their natural proclivities: how they are inclined to contribute to a team. We then bring these profiles together using the Team Impact View, a visual map that shows how the team operates as a whole. This makes it easy to see where the team’s energy is concentrated, where strengths may be underused and where gaps or imbalances could be limiting performance. This step gives the team a shared language and a fresh perspective on how they work together. It often reveals dynamics that were previously invisible, helping the team understand not just individual roles, but how to shift focus, responsibilities or interactions to improve how they deliver.
Step 2 – Full-Day Workshop
A practical, experiential day focused on building awareness, alignment and action. The team explores how it currently works, identifies what needs to change and agrees on practical steps to improve how it delivers.Step 3 – Monthly Virtual Drop-Ins
Facilitated 1-hour sessions to reflect, share challenges and reinforce new ways of working. These sessions help embed the changes agreed during the workshop and deliver real and lasing behaviour change.Step 4 – Half-Day Follow-Up Session
Three months later, the team comes back together to celebrate progress, revisit insights and refresh commitments. This session helps embed the learning and sustain momentum. -
