present / speak with confidence at work

TLDR
For teams who want to feel more confident when they speak and communicate more clearly together. The programme starts with the individual experience of speaking and receiving immediate feedback, and builds towards a more confident, aligned and effective team voice in everyday work.

This programme helps teams build confidence in spoken communication by starting with the individual and finishing with the team.

Most people believe they are less confident speakers than those around them. Many are surprised to discover that others feel the same. This programme creates a safe and practical environment where people speak, receive immediate feedback and make small but often transformational adjustments to how they come across.

As individuals grow in confidence, the focus shifts to how the team communicates together. Through shared practice, reflection and feedback, teams develop greater ease, consistency and connection in how they speak about their work. Going through this experience together is a powerful bonding process, creating trust, psychological safety and a ‘house style’ of communicating that carries into day-to-day work.

The result is a team that speaks with more confidence, clarity and presence, and supports one another when communicating in shared spaces.
