Latest Case Studies

Impact is at the heart of everything we do at Teamshaper.

There are many ways to measure a training product, including enjoyment, delivery, the trainer and the customer experience, and we test for these straight after the workshop. They are all important, but they shouldn’t be confused with impact.

We measure whether anything changed through a combination of three KPIs: clarity on the expectations linked to whatever we worked on with the team, participants’ perceived effectiveness in the work they deliver and the service they provide, and how confident people feel about what we worked towards and agreed. We test these twice, and sometimes more, over time. We also ask participants outright whether the measure of success was achieved.

Taken together with that answer, the three KPIs give a good reflection of the impact we made. Each case study below follows a team from the first consultation to the follow-up session and reports what changed against these measures.

“Team Building from the bottom up”
— team leader, government department
“One of the best training courses I have ever attended. I will highly recommend it to others”
— team member, non-ministerial government department
“It was extremely engaging, beautifully targeted, and devastatingly useful”
— team member, cross-government body
“Excellent and engaging session that avoids the normal pitfalls of group training that often feel like a long day, but this session was engaging the entire time and every minute felt important and useful”
— team member, government department
