    • Understand what “value” means in the context of public service delivery

    • Recognise how different choices affect cost, quality, risk and outcomes

    • Approach decisions with a clearer view of trade-offs and priorities

    • Use simple ways of assessing options and focusing effort

    • Spot opportunities to use time, budget and capability more effectively

    • Engage more confidently in discussions involving cost, value and impact

  • This is a practical, hands-on session built around real work.

Participants work through realistic scenarios and decisions, exploring how value is created through everyday choices. Each section introduces a simple way of thinking, followed by practical application.
