With over three decades of experience delivering complex, high-value public and private sector developments, including Wembley National Stadium and Colchester Garrison, Patrick brings a wealth of practical delivery insight to the training room.
His leadership style is grounded in collaboration, clarity and continuous learning. Patrick has mentored emerging professionals across sectors such as education, transport and commercial real estate, helping them navigate the intricacies of stakeholder engagement, risk management and sustainable design. He is a founding member of the Higher Education Design Quality Forum (HEDQF) and contributes to a dedicated advisory team promoting cultural change in dispute resolution and project delivery within major projects.
He is passionate about equipping the next generation of engineers and project managers with the tools, mindset and confidence to lead transformative projects, like the Entopia Building for the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and the Marshall Building at LSE.
