Stuart was educated at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst before commissioning as an Infantry Officer, later continuing his studies at the University of Oxford. Over a thirty-year career in the military and intelligence sectors, he led teams on operations around the world and built deep expertise in guiding people through high-pressure, complex environments. His work in covert operations and his experience mentoring international partners shaped his calm, steady approach to leadership.
Since leaving public service, Stuart has focused on supporting senior leaders and teams across public and corporate sectors. He brings extensive operational insight to his work as an executive and leadership coach, helping individuals build clarity, confidence and resilience while strengthening team performance in demanding settings.
