Teamshaper joins Government of Jersey Framework

We are delighted to share that Teamshaper has been named an approved supplier on the Government of Jersey's Professional Services Framework, Lot 3A - Learning and Development.

The new framework, launched this month following an extensive tendering process, is how the Government of Jersey formally recognises vetted L&D providers, giving departments and agencies across the Jersey Public Service a trusted route to bring us in to support their people.

The Government of Jersey delivers everything from health and care to education, justice and infrastructure for the Island - a large and complex public service.

Being on the framework means Government of Jersey departments and agencies can now bring us in more easily to support their people - from capability masterclasses on topics like leadership, communication and decision-making, to fully bespoke programmes built around a team's own goals, through to structured multi-module pathways for leaders and managers developing over time.

We're looking forward to working with teams right across the Government of Jersey, and to supporting public servants as they grow their skills and lead through change.
