This is Teamshaper

Today we’re launching Teamshaper, a training consultancy that designs and delivers tailored training programmes for teams in their workplace.

Teamshaper focuses on the human side of development to create lasting impact. Every programme is shaped through a process of listening and understanding, ensuring it responds to real needs and challenges. Our approach centres on meaningful, face-to-face learning experiences that foster trust, reflection and mindset shifts, not just knowledge transfer. While we use technology to support learning, the heart of what we do is grounded in human connection and real-time feedback. We support teams before, during and after training to ensure learning is applied and sustained over time.

We’re a collective of like-minded, experienced L&D professionals and coaches who have come together around a shared set of principles. We’re here to make a real difference. We believe that helping teams deliver outstanding results starts with supporting the individuals within them, harnessing their strengths and enabling the team to work better together. Each of our Associate Trainers brings a unique area of expertise (we humbly refer to those as ‘superpowers’) in team development, and each has created an exclusive module for Teamshaper. These modules form the building blocks we use to design programmes that are just right for each client.

Teamshaper is the result of decades of learning and extensive recent research. We listened to what the market told us and built something that directly reflects what we heard, without compromise.
