leading change
Half-day masterclass for public sector professionals who want to build confidence in leading change with people, not just plans.
Focused on practical, human-centred approaches to understanding what’s changing, engaging others early, and turning change into clear actions that stick.
-
Understand what change is (and isn’t) in day-to-day public sector work
Diagnose what’s really driving the change and what might get in the way
Engage people early and build trust, clarity and shared ownership
Lead change conversations with more confidence, even when emotions run high
Turn intentions into practical next steps that people can follow through on
Maintain momentum and learning so change becomes normal, not exhausting
-
This is a practical, structured masterclass built for people who haven’t necessarily had to lead much change before.
Participants work through a shared scenario to practise each stage of the DELTA Change Model, then apply the same approach to a real change they are involved in.
The session is interactive and people-focused, combining short inputs, guided discussion and practical exercises so participants leave with a clear next step they can use immediately.
