This is a practical, structured session built around shared scenarios and individual application.
Participants first work through a common case to understand how strategic thinking takes shape in practice: assessing context, identifying priorities and making trade-offs.
They then apply the same approaches to their own work, testing their thinking with others and refining their priorities through discussion and challenge.
The session finishes with each participant identifying a clear strategic focus and next step they can take forward.
