This is a practical, hands-on masterclass. Participants practise speaking in short, realistic scenarios such as explaining a piece of work, contributing in a meeting or responding on the spot. Each section introduces a simple technique, followed by immediate practice and feedback. The focus is on small adjustments that quickly improve how participants come across when they speak.
