This is a practical, hands-on masterclass focused on day-to-day management.
Participants work through realistic situations such as setting objectives, giving feedback and addressing performance issues. Each section introduces a simple structure, followed by exercises to apply it immediately.
We focus on how performance management shows up in everyday conversations, and how small changes in clarity, tone and consistency improve outcomes.
