interviewing skills
Half-day masterclass for organisations to offer staff who are preparing to interview for a role, internally or externally - whether the interview itself is in person or over video call - giving them the confidence to perform at their best on the day.
Focused on giving delegates techniques to show up as their best self in an interview, using theatre based exercises, some theory and real practice to build self belief and assurance in order to respond effectively and with confidence.
-
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
Understand what's really being assessed in an interview, not just what's being asked
Create a strong, genuine first impression from the moment they walk in - or the moment the call connects
Use positive body language to project confidence, in the room or on screen
Manage nerves so they don't get in the way on the day
Handle tricky or unexpected questions with confidence
Tell their own experience and story clearly and compellingly
Leave with a personal action plan for their next interview
-
This is a hands-on masterclass. Delegates work through the real stages of an interview - from first impression to handling difficult questions, in person or on screen - using theatre-based exercises and coached practice rather than scripted answers. The session closes with live interview practice and feedback, so delegates leave prepared for the real thing, whatever format it's in.
