This is a practical, hands-on masterclass.
Participants work through real stakeholder situations, including their own where possible. Each section introduces a simple tool or approach, followed by exercises to apply it immediately.
The focus is on helping participants make sense of their stakeholder environment and take a more structured, deliberate approach to working with others.
